Terms of the Accommodation Guarantee
If you meet the above eligibility criteria, you will be guaranteed a place in our university accommodation. The guarantee of accommodation applies to a single-occupancy room with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities in any one of the University Halls of Residence. The University cannot guarantee any places in family accommodation rooms, or ensuite rooms.
Where possible, we try to give you your first accommodation preference, however due to the popularity of some of our university accommodation sites, it might not always be possible. This means you may receive an offer for a room that was not your first or second choice.
