Given the continuing economic challenges organisations face, and the deficit of key skills for transformation improvement, this 12-week masterclass will target a cross-section of employees to identify organisational, departmental, and behavioural challenges and propose viable solutions.
You'll be introduced to key learning themes such as strategic goal setting, effective change models, quality assurance, leadership, group dynamics, communication, conflict management, motivational techniques, appraisals, training, and development.
Working in groups and with a mentor, you'll identify and investigate a challenge and present to your executive on the issue, cost, proposed solution, and produce a cost-benefit analysis.
This is an innovative and collaborative 12-week masterclass where you'll identify and investigate organisational challenges and develop commercially viable solutions. At the end of the course, you'll deliver a presentation and produce a report on your findings.
The course can be delivered at Hope Street Xchange, Sunderland, or onsite at your workplace.

To be eligible to receive this course fully funded, you must be employed by a Sunderland-based business. If you are self-funding, your suitability will be assessed by an academic on completion of the application form.
