Overview
Given the continuing economic challenges organisations face, and the deficit of key skills for transformation improvement, this 12-week masterclass will target a cross-section of employees to identify organisational, departmental, and behavioural challenges and propose viable solutions.
You'll be introduced to key learning themes such as strategic goal setting, effective change models, quality assurance, leadership, group dynamics, communication, conflict management, motivational techniques, appraisals, training, and development.
Working in groups and with a mentor, you'll identify and investigate a challenge and present to your executive on the issue, cost, proposed solution, and produce a cost-benefit analysis.
