This unique apprenticeship will teach you everything you need to know about managing people while gaining a triple award, MSc HRM and CIPD Advanced Diploma in People Management.
The MSc Professional People Practice is a higher-level 7 apprenticeship programme designed and developed for senior HR practitioners and senior people managers.
This course covers all areas of managing people and specialises in the study of best practice Human Resource Management approaches as advocated by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Professions map and is CIPD accredited.
This new apprenticeship is subject to approval.
You will be taught through lectures, seminars, group work, work-based learning, online resources, and one-to-one feedback.
We have a diverse assessment strategy designed to ensure learners have the best possible practical skill set and the knowledge to perform at work.

You'll go through an ‘End Point Assessment (EPA)’ following the successful completion of all course modules.
Throughout the apprenticeship you'll take part in regular meetings called tripartite reviews, providing an opportunity for your academic tutor and your work-based mentor to support you through your studies.

This apprenticeship is work-based and, as such, is subject to learners being employed full-time in a people management position.
It is expected that participants have a first degree and/or relevant experience working in a human resource role. All applicants will need at least one employer reference covering the last three years of work.
Applicants must hold Maths and English GCSE at a minimum of Grade C or numerical grade 4 to 9 (or equivalent).

Larger organisations can use their apprenticeship levy and government top-up to pay tuition and professional fees of higher apprenticeships. For smaller employers, the government pays 95%, with the remainder co-invested by the business.
