Professional Development Identity for Early Career Teachers (30 credits)
This module facilitates ongoing reflexive behaviours to support identity development and navigation. You'll explore research-informed practice, self-reflection, mentoring dynamics, and leadership skills, all of which can be utilised when considering career trajectories moving forward.
Developing Specialist Pedagogy for Early Career Teachers (30 credits)
Building on the previous module, you'll have the opportunity to critically reflect upon curriculum drivers, including contextual and international influences. You'll also consider your personal pedagogical approaches whilst focusing on aspects of improvement and opportunities for specialism within discrete areas of practice. You'll have the chance to bring together theoretical research and pedagogical practice to strengthen your teaching and learning approaches.
