Studying at the University of Sunderland has allowed Nadia Ammor to follow two career paths that she is extremely passionate about and allowed her to engage with contacts that she would have most likely not had the chance to, had she not studied at the University. After graduating, Nadia worked for a year in a hospital laboratory before coming back to the University to study for the PGCE Science with Biology.

I completed my undergraduate degree here so I was very keen to return to complete the PGCE Secondary Education in Science with Biology course. I had the chance to regularly meet with other student teachers and the opportunity to complete two placements in two very different schools in order to gain a variety of experiences."
