Tom Large
Learning DesignerI am a Learning Designer in the University’s Centre for Enhancement of Learning and Teaching. As part of my role in the CELT team I provide support on academic module spaces: assisting content creation on Canvas, the development of interactive learning features and guidance on instructional design practices.
I graduated from the University of Sunderland in 2019 with a degree in BA Illustration & Design. After graduating I underwent an internship role working as a Content Designer for the CELT team in August 2020. The intern position was a fantastic experience and helped me gain a number of key skills which have put me in good stead to start my career. In September 2021, I was offered a permanent role in the CELT team as a Learning Designer.
