Student Ambassadors

Read all about becoming a Student Ambassador or Digital Student Ambassador, where you can gain fantastic experience, develop skills, meet new people, and earn some money. It's a great way to support us in recruiting new students and representing the University.

What is a Student Ambassador?

Our dedicated Student Ambassadors support the Student Recruitment team, representing the University and assisting us throughout the recruitment cycle. Having been through the application process themselves, our students are the best people to inform prospective applicants about life on campus and are able to share their experience with those considering studying at Sunderland.

We also have our Digital Student Ambassadors, who share their university experience via our website and social media channels, including The Ambassador Platform (TAP). Our Digital Ambassadors have the opportunity to act as an ambassador for their subject area or course too, drawing on their personal experiences.
