Healthcare employers and employees are invited to join our Enhanced Clinical Practitioner (ECP) degree apprenticeship information event.
The Enhanced Clinical Practitioner (Apprenticeship) has been developed to help individual healthcare professionals elevate their skills and knowledge to an enhanced level of practice. The apprenticeship will also allow employers to address any skills shortages – while adapting to the needs of the organisation.
This apprenticeship is headed by an academic team comprising highly experienced healthcare practitioners with over 20 years of experience working in mental health who understand the professional requirements and service delivery challenges and demands. Alongside current employers, they have designed a 13-month programme in ECP, that promotes the development of competency within a variety of clinical practice roles including mental health.
ECP is a destination role in its own right, offering services and patients a consistent level of expertise, working in discrete areas of patient pathways.
At this event, we will take you through the delivery of ECP and discuss how it will fit into individual roles within organisations, teams, and training models.
A member of the apprenticeship team will also offer advice on the application and funding process.
