Research
My PhD was entitled ‘Theory of Planned Behaviour and student motivation to take part in employability enhancing volunteering opportunities within higher education’.
My research focuses on education and targets student engagement in one specific behaviour of volunteering and focuses upon the beliefs which underpin the intention to potentially carry out this act and further enhance key employability skills.
I am driven by my research to develop programmes that accurately and realistically develop learners to successfully seek employment that satisfies and meets employer expectations.
