Lecturer International Initial Education Teacher Training

I have worked in education in a range of settings in the UK and internationally since 1990 in senior leadership, management, advisory, coaching, and teaching roles. My experience includes Early years, primary, secondary, further education, higher education, school, centred initial teacher training, school transformation, and start-up schools.

My most recent roles before joining the University were internationally leading an international primary school through a school transformation process that embraced implementing a new curriculum and pedagogy as well as two education system transformation projects to transform teaching and learning pedagogy and leadership in Asia.

I currently work on iQTS International Teacher Training as a Lecturer and Personal Academic Tutor as well as the Assessment Only Route to QTS. I am passionate about every child having access to high-quality teaching and learning and in supporting teachers globally to deliver not just this but also prepare students of today for the world of work in the future.
