Senior Lecturer and Year 3 Lead
I am a Senior Lecturer and Clinical Link Tutor with the Paramedic Science team.
Prior to joining the University, I was a member of the Royal Air Force where I worked as a helicopter retrieval paramedic from 2004. During this time, I deployed worldwide to operational theatres such as Iraq, Afghanistan, and Africa. In the latter stages of my military career, I worked as a Paramedic Researcher at James Cook Hospital in Middlesbrough.
I started full-time at the University in 2019. I live in Northumberland with my wife and two teenage boys. In my spare time, I really enjoy running and cycling.
