Research Assistant – Health Literacy
I am a research assistant for the Health Literacy team based in the School of Medicine. I am currently collaborating with South Tyneside and Sunderland Foundation Trust on multiple regional research projects which aim to reduce health inequalities in the north-east.
I was awarded a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Health Psychology from Teesside University. I am also an associate member of FUSE, the Centre for Translational Research in Public Health.
Research
My research interests are in the domains of health, wellbeing, and psychology. I am particularly interested in research projects focused on health literacy and reducing health inequalities in the north-east.
