Senior Lecturer
I have a keen interest in creative computing, cloud technologies and software development.
I teach across the undergraduate computing suite using modern tools and technologies, that prepare students for industry. I also undertake final year project supervisions.
I run workshops, hackathons, and clubs throughout the academic year. These cover everything from the latest web frameworks and programming languages to practical builds using IoT and smartphones. Working in Computer Science is an exciting and developing field and there is always something new to learn.
Before I joined the University, I worked in system development and training roles for the public and private sector. I continue to work with organisations to help develop links with industry and academia.
I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
