Senior Lecturer in HRM, Leadership and Enterprise
I'm currently Programme Leader for BA (Hons) Business and HRM. As Programme Leader, I oversee the development and delivery of our HRM and Leadership curriculum, ensuring that it aligns with industry standards and meets students' educational needs.
I work closely with the Faculty to design course content that is both rigorous and relevant, incorporating theoretical knowledge with practical skills. I also support students throughout their academic journey, providing guidance on personal development, career advice, and any academic challenges they face. Additionally, I coordinate with industry professionals to arrange guest lectures, workshops, and networking opportunities, helping students connect with real-world experiences and build valuable professional relationships.
