Lecturer in Strategy and Leadership

I am a Lecturer in Strategy and Leadership. I received my PhD in 2019 for a Human-Computer Interaction Designs thesis from the University of Sunderland. I hold an MSc in Project Management and a BSc in Economics and Statistics.

I am an innovative and accomplished educational professional with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in academics and teaching. I have several years of experience in the education sector. This includes lecturing, pedagogical development, and departmental management, specifically designing and delivering lessons for undergraduate and postgraduate courses covering hybrid both online and in-person tutorial sessions and lectures.

I have taught Advanced Maintenance Practices, Project Management and Control, Commercial and Contractual Issues in Projects, Leadership and the Management of Project Risk, Quality and People – MSc Project Management modules, experience in leading sessions for Professional Skills modules, Development and Delivering Project Management Essential (Level 4)/Project Planning (Level 5) courses – running under the European Social Fund provision.

Apart from teaching, I have extensive experience in quality assurance and wider academic management.
