Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management
I have worked at the University for the last 12 years. My primary interests are in creativity and learning and development.
I have a PhD in Creative Learning and explored the long-term benefits of teaching creative techniques and the impact they have on individuals and workplace processes. The research explored the transfer of creativity techniques from the classroom to the workplace.
I am a member of several creativity special interest groups and the HE Creativity forum.
Teaching and supervision
I am Programme Leader for the MSc Human Resource Management, I am a personal tutor and teach a variety of undergraduate modules, supervising Applied work based projects, Creative Learning and Talent Development, Professional Practice. and Human Resource Management.
At postgraduate, I am responsible for supervising employer based Management reports, Reflective practice and Learning and Talent Development.
