Lecturer in Business and Management
I am a Lecturer in Business and Management. I joined the University of Sunderland in 2022 as an Academic Tutor. I have a doctorate degree in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Strategy from Northumbria University. My PhD thesis explored organisational career management in MSMEs and investigated the influence of career development practices on employee productivity.
I have a degree in Agricultural Economics and master's in Business Analysis and Consultancy from the University of Hertfordshire.
