Governor

Mark Burdon studied pharmacy at the University of Sunderland, graduating in 1999. Living and working in the area, he has retained close links with the University and joined the Board of Governors in August 2021.

Mark is a practicing community pharmacist and has developed a regional group of pharmacies. He is a member of the Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee (PSNC) and is committed to extending the role of the pharmacist in the community. Mark is involved in numerous other committees and panels at a local, regional, and international level.
