Governor and Deputy-Chair of the Board of Governors

Alison retired from full-time work in 2016, having been CEO of Thirteen Housing, the largest Housing Association in the North East.

She has extensive Non-Executive experience including, previously, the NE regional Development Agency, CBI, NECC and a regional building society. She is currently Chair of Sage Housing and a Director of the Port of Tyne. Alison holds an honorary Doctorate and was awarded an OBE in 2004.
